Account Manager

Management (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Be the main point of contact in all matters related to client needs and concerns
Strengthen and build client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
Maintain up to date, accurate client records, keeping track of any contract renewals or updates
Work closely with the sales team to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure that KPIs are met
Develop a deep understanding of the companies products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients
Attend client meetings
Produce progress reports for clients and senior management within the organisation
Regularly meet with team members to discuss progress and identify new ways to improve the business
