About the Role:
When life gives you lemons, make lemonade! Reporting to our National Sales Manager and working closely with both the Zeffer team and our New Zealand distributor, Lion New Zealand. You will focus on growing and supporting our key off-premise and on-premise outlets in the greater Wellington region. This includes supporting supermarkets, liquor stores, bars and restaurants to ensure they have the right Zeffer range to contribute to their success. Sales execution and account support will be the core focus of your role and there will be crossover into regional event support and marketing.
Candidate requirements:
Highly motivated and energetic self-starter with excellent time management skills
An entrepreneurial spirit who enjoys working in a small, agile team across multiple sales channels
At least 2 years sales experience, ideally a minimum of 1 year in FMCG with a proven track record of delivering results
Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to customize presentations to suit your audience
Excellent sales and negotiation skills
Be target driven and enjoy setting SMART goals to achieve tangible results
Diligent in mapping out and committing to an efficient call cycle and confidence using a CRM tool.
Base salary + company car, iPad, phone, bonus
This role is based in Wellington, but you will also travel throughout the North Island.
