Your portfolio is exciting and consists of laparoscopic and open surgical products across General Surgery, Gynaecologic, Colorectal, Orthopaedics, Urology, Head and Neck.
In this role you will be able to:
Utilise your exceptional medical device sales experience to expand business reach across all accounts.
Foster key relationships with Surgeons, Nurses, Unit Managers, and Purchasing Officers, tailored to each individual's business needs
Demonstrate organisational prowess by developing call plans aligned with the overall strategy.
Maintain a comprehensive database, contact lists, and communication history for assigned accounts in CRM systems.
Leverage your analytical skills to identify surgeon product usage patterns, uncover market gaps, and seize opportunities.
Showcase your ability to rapidly absorb and retain product knowledge, enhancing your procedural expertise and interpersonal skills.
The Successful Applicant will have:
Proven sales success in Medical Devices
Exceptional medical product knowledge and an understanding of how products relate to the customer
The ability to absorb and impart technical knowledge
A history of building excellent customer relationships via superior service and customer support
Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
The ability to work as a part of a collaborative team
Legal rights to work in New Zealand without restriction.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of sales success in the Medical Device industry.
• Deep understanding of medical products and their relevance to customers.
• Proficiency in absorbing and conveying technical knowledge.
• Familiarity with hospital tendering processes.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate strong customer relationships through exceptional service and support.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Collaborative team player who excels in a group environment.
