All our hotels have been newly renovated and we're welcoming guests from the corporate, leisure, overseas, groups, and conference markets.
Revenue Manager Responsibilities
You will hold a critical position in the business- contributing to and implementing our revenue strategy, rates, channel management, distribution relationships, and overseeing the reservations team for all 3 hotels. You will report to the Director of Sales and Marketing and will also work closely with the Group GM, and Hotel Managers. You will have a key role in forecasting, reporting and planning our revenue and rate strategies.
Your responsibilities will include being the master of our reservations software systems, supporting the reservations team to deliver great customer service and that all opportunities for room sales are maximized. You will liaise with our sales and marketing team and understand the importance of winning both new and return business. You will be exposed to a wide range of market segments and channels and as such love a busy, challenging and varied workload with plenty of opportunity to show-off your talents.
To be successful in this role you will:
Have proven experience in a Hotel Revenue and Reservations Management.
Highly computer literate, love making the most of software, and highly experienced with hotel reservations software, channel managers, booking engines, the GDS, OTA and other distribution systems.
Be a customer service superstar, with a friendly, persuasive, and professional manner and adept at helping the whole team to succeed at this.
Possess clear communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English. You are confidence in asserting your position and driving business strategy.
Be well organised, resilient, and display strong initiative and problem-solving skills including strong numeracy, report writing, and analytical skills.
