Position Overview:
The New Zealand College of Clinical Psychologists is a registered New Zealand Incorporated Society and a non-profit members organisation committed to ensuring the highest standards of clinical psychology are available to the public of Aotearoa, New Zealand.
As the Office Administrator, you will provide critical support to the Executive Director and leadership team, contributing to the overall success of our mission. You will play a pivotal role in streamlining administrative processes, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the day-to-day financial and administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and provide comprehensive administrative support to executives.
Use of Xero, Excel, Microsoft Teams
Maintain website and have excellent written communication skills.
Booking and sourcing of suppliers for events
Social Media whizzbang
Collaborate with leaders to align administrative processes with organisational goals.
Growing and Inspiring Our People: Support our events and conference that celebrate the diverse backgrounds and talents of our organisation’s members.
Support onboarding processes for new members, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Be a people person, you will be a key point of contact for the College.
Celebrating Diversity: Awareness and understanding of Te Tiriti.
Lead and support diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation.
