Insights and Reporting - Assess booking behaviors, trends, and guest preferences, providing insights to refine our revenue strategies.
Requirements:
With previous revenue management experience within the hotel and travel industry, proficiency in industry-leading tools, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication abilities, you'll thrive in this role.
Previous experience in revenue management within the hospitality and travel industry, demonstrating a track record of driving revenue growth.
Proficiency in industry-leading revenue management tools and systems such as OTA Insight or similar, Siteminder, STR Global, IDeaS, Opera, and PMS systems.
Strong analytical skills to decipher complex data, spot trends, and capitalize on market opportunities.
Proactive and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills to manage reporting and forecasting processes.
Familiarity with online marketing programs and OTA partnerships is highly desirable.
