Outstanding leadership skills, previous experience managing a team, recruitment, training and supervising staff along with some HR understanding.
Understanding of Strata title properties.
Understanding of current Health & Safety obligations
Flexible with regards to work hours to fit around the daily operations and seasonal demands of a hotel’s operations.
Sound Knowledge of Operating Procedures with ability to multi-task and work well under pressure.
Experience in planning budgets and cost control for all departments.
Ability to manage complex relationships with owners, stakeholders.
