We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Manager to join our team. The Account Manager will primarily focus on managing relationships with schools across New Zealand, Australia, and the USA. This role involves guiding schools through the onboarding process, conducting virtual demonstrations of our product, and nurturing relationships with educators to drive subscription sales. Compensation package to be considered relative to candidate's skills and experience. All applications welcome.

School Onboarding: Assist schools in getting started with our language learning platform, providing guidance on setup and implementation, keeping records up-to-date in HubSpot (CRM).

Virtual Demonstrations: Conduct engaging virtual demonstrations of our product to showcase its features and benefits to teachers and school administrators.

Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with educators, understanding their needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to follow up with schools, addressing inquiries, and providing additional information to facilitate subscription purchases.

Customer Success: Ensure customer satisfaction by providing ongoing support and assistance to schools throughout their subscription period.

Market Insights: Stay informed about trends and developments in the education sector, particularly related to language learning, to identify new opportunities and improve our offerings.

Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, or related field preferred.

Language Skills: Keen interest for language learning, whether through travel, work or study in other countries.

Experience: Proven experience in account management, sales, or customer service roles, preferably within the education sector.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with educators and school administrators.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using virtual communication tools for demonstrations and remote collaboration like Zoom, Teams, Slack, Gmail, Google Docs, HubSpot.

Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Self-Motivated: Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively, with a results-oriented mindset.

Cultural Sensitivity: Awareness and appreciation of cultural diversity, with the ability to engage effectively with schools and educators from different backgrounds.
