We have an opportunity for an exceptional Warehouse Manager on a full-time basis who can balance hands-on operational expertise with strong leadership and managerial skills to effectively oversee and optimize the warehouse operations.
This is a permanent position working at True North Logistics, Lower Hutt site.
We are a 3PL Logistics Company look after many of New Zealand’s iconic brands. And we are seeking the right person.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Leading and motivating a team.
Management of logistical requirements in running a warehouse including container management
Improving warehouse performance on daily activities.
Inwards goods management
Process checks and inspections as required for maintaining stock accuracy.
Ensure Health & Safety performance is integrated into all aspects of warehouse activity and is integrated into the team.
Adhere to company risk management and environmental policies.
About You:
Minimum 3+ years managing a warehouse.
Have a proven work history of staff management, able to direct, guide and performance manage.
Works well under pressure and able to priorities daily work demands.
Understand the need for continuous improvement.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Have a can-do attitude, and able to work with a diverse work force.
Health and safety advocate for the warehouse
Valid / Current Forklift and Reach Truck license.
Process management, time management, and able to work with minimum supervision.
Must be able to work in NZ full time.
