As the Senior HR Shared Services Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading and driving the expansion of HR Shared Services (HRSS) within NHG. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing all areas of Shared Services, including HR Ops Admin, Learning and Development Admin, Scholarship and Award admin, Insurance Admin, and other related functions. Your primary focus will be to continuously enhance efficiency, streamline processes via CI tools, and implement automation solutions leveraging on HR tech to support our growing organization's HR needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Strategy:
Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for expanding HR Shared Services across the organization, leveraging on CI tools and HR tech.
Provide leadership to the HRSS team, setting clear objectives and performance standards.
Process Optimization:
Review existing HRSS processes and identify areas for improvement and automation.
Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Team Management:
Recruit, train, and manage a team of HRSS professionals as required.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Technology and Automation:
Evaluate CI/HR technology solutions and automation tools to drive process improvements.
Lead the implementation of HRSS systems and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Explore and consider rolling out CRM as part of long-term plan to track performance and automate tasks
Service Expansion:
Expand the scope of HR Shared Services to cover all relevant areas such as benefit admin, recruitment admin, learning and development admin, and insurance admin etc.
Quality Assurance:
Establish quality control measures and performance metrics to ensure service excellence.
Introduce, monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) regularly.
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure HRSS practices comply with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
Mitigate risks associated with HR operations through effective controls.
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to optimize HRSS delivery.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (10+ years) in a leadership role within HR Shared Services and HR Operations.
Strong background in continuous process improvement, automation, and project management.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage demanding stakeholders.
Knowledge of healthcare HR practices is a plus.
