Senior Asset Management Consultant | Team Lead - Napier
We have a wonderful opportunity for a Senior Asset Management Consultant in Napier, who will also provide proactive leadership and management of the Napier Asset Management Team, ensuring it continues to improve, resulting in a high performing team.
You’ll provide technical consultancy services in infrastructure asset management and advisory services, assisting with evidence-based decision-making that balances cost, risk and performance.
About You
Tertiary Qualified in relevant field
Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a tactical asset management role, including asset management planning, risk management and continuous improvement
High level of local government understanding, especially with regards to infrastructure management and transport funding
Experience using best practice asset management approaches, including the International Infrastructure Management Manual (IIMM) and/or the International Standard for Asset Management, ISO 55001
Current Clean Drivers Licence
