About your new job
Working closely with the Finance & Operations Teams your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Raise purchase orders
Arrange letters of credit and various payment methods
Maintain database and ensure all supplier and customer information is updated and correct
Accept and create sales orders
Arrange shipment and transport
Provide backup to finance team when required
Ad-hoc administrative tasks as required
About You
To be successful in this role you will ideally have exposure to the following:
Previous background in a similar position with some exposure in accounts
strong administrative skills
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong communication skills
