About the role
The Guest service agent is a key member of the Front Office team responsible for exceptional service to every guest who comes through our doors:
Your typical day will include some of the following:
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times, ensuring guests’ comfort, safety & privacy
Maintain effective communication at all times, among the team and between departments
Always be up to date and adhere to all company policies and procedures
Maintain quality service delivery of front office operation by adhering to the established policies and procedures.
Follow and complete all checklists/tasks efficiently and report any difficulties immediately to the Supervisor.
As the first point of contact for the Hotel, you are guest-driven and enjoy exceeding guests’ expectations.
You can work shift work which involves various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Skills & experience
Willingness to learn
Previous reception experience in a hotel/resort environment will be beneficial however full training will be provided on-site.
Effective communication skills (written and verbal)
Work together with trust and treat all guests and colleagues from all cultural groups with respect.
