Taking accountability and ownership of the end to end management of the claim, by communication to customers and building strong rapport, delivering exception service through the entire claims.
Effectively deal with customer enquires about deliveries, collections, back orders, returns, refunds, spare parts and repairs, etc.
in line with freedom's Customer Service policies and procedures
Liaise with the Products Department, Suppliers and freedom stores for stock availability or order status updates
Be familiar with the selling systems, ecommerce platform, store Point Of Sale and payment service providers.
Navigate existing information and customer details (CRM, knowledge base) to formulate a holistic view of the scenario.
Respond appropriately to customer requirements and identify relevant options.Who you are
High degree of exposure to a customer service environment
A good knowledge of the freedom product range to be able to recommend products and respond to product enquiries.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Great time management and attention to detail skills.
Positive and 'can do' attitude. Perks of the job
