We find and mark the locations of the buried services including power, communications and the three waters. These are beneath our houses, footpath, roads and around the places where we work and play. Our customers rely on us to work safely and to dig with accuracy and confidence. We support businesses from across the building, construction, and infrastructure services.

The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our office team in Christchurch. You will work with the operations team to build and schedule the jobs that flow steadily through the business and help maintain the quality and efficiency of our work.
You will be responsible for:
Liaising with Customers and Staff on requests, tasking, and the operational schedule.
Taking a request for services and turning it into a scheduled job instruction.
Assisting with scheduling and covering operations when a manager is away.
Completing job information needed for billing such as travel charges
Taking opportunities to improve the quality of service and the efficiency of delivery
What we need from you?
Excellent problem solving and able to prioritise in the evolving flow of operations.
Detail focused and able keep up the accuracy and consistency when things move fast and we're under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Service focused and empathetic with the ability grow important customer relationships
Previous industry or operations experience is preferred but not essential
Experience in reading and interpreting construction and services plans would be an advantage
