About the role
TSB is renowned for customer service and we’re looking for a marketing superstar to help achieve our vision to be the easiest bank to deal with.
The primary purpose of the role is to lead all product advertising campaigns (excluding Home Lending and Term Deposits) across all channels, maximise our return from sponsorship investments and ensure marketing compliance.
Who are you?
We’re seeking a Marketing Manager with a strong background in customer acquisition and retention communications, who will implement targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns for TSB’s products and services.
You will demonstrate excellent stakeholder management skills, and preferably have a background within financial services and understanding of the industry.
You will have evidence of the ability to lead collateral and website updates and drive sponsorship activation.
Some key responsibilities include:
Support the Head of Marketing and Communications and Senior Campaign Lead collating agency feedback and driving the marketing approval process for campaigns.
Support our branches with collateral and national advertising support.
Report on campaign results with evaluation, ROI and future change recommendations.
To be successful, you’ll also need:
A degree in marketing, communications or related discipline.
3-5 years’ experience in Marketing or related role.
Background within financial services and understanding of the industry is preferred.
