Executive Assistant Arthur D Riley Co Ltd location Wellington. $30 – $35 per hour.

That means we offer deep expertise in the technology that keeps our customers operating effectively in the field, from high voltage power distribution, to water revenue metering, system control and data acquisition, meter reading, to parking management systems.
Guiding the organisation is the Board of Directors. The Board is made up of four people from across the country and Australia. The role of Executive Assistant is to enable and support the Board in the successful delivery of its goals.
This is a new role, based in Wellington and yours to own. You will be supporting and assisting the Board throughout the month with travel and accommodation arrangements. Coordinating documentation preparation and circulation for Board Meetings. Organise and attend meetings.
Taking and writing of minutes. Ensuring all important tasks are followed up and actions are assigned. The role is 10 – 20 hours per month, with flexibility around those hours. However, you need to attend every Board meeting.
To be successful in this role you will have administrative experience in a similar role. Experience in the drafting of agendas and minutes. Outstanding organisational skills. A high level of integrity and confidentially. Highly effective oral and written communication skills. Attention to detail.
