What will you do?
Manage daily clinical and personnel duties- overseeing the clinical team, housekeeping, laundry, kitchen and admin staff
Ensuring optimal levels of nursing and caregiving are provided
Maintain an audit-ready site (your knowledge of legislative requirements and compliance is paramount here)
Oversee the budget, financial reporting and managing staffing levels accordingly

What do you need?
NZ Nursing registration, current APC
3 years+ in a clinical leadership /nursing management role within aged care in NZ or Australia
Sound financial management
Ability to manage tricky situations and calm the waters, with positive outcomes
Ability to take your team along for the journey
Empathy, compassion, energy, drive and determination to be the best in the business!
