Ensure our world-class visual merchandising standards are executed and maintained to our high levels of expectation
Motivate, inspire and engage the team, creating a high performing team committed to each other and its customers
With previous experience that includes:
Extensive retail experience managing a large format store with a large team (100+), or in a multi-site/cluster management role
Experience taking a team through change management and culture change
Great organisational and planning skills, and the ability to prioritise workloads to effectively meet deadlines
A passion for excellence in customer service and sales
A proven history leading high performing teams to success in a sales environment
Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with internal and external stakeholders
A high level of strategic focus and a strong commercial acumen skillset
