Due to our client’s continuous growth we are searching for Reseals Department Manager

About the Role

The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to lead a successful operation sealing department. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the reseals department. This includes the provision of a number of management and administrative services such as contract, financial, fleet, safety and human resources management.

You’ll have great people skills to build genuine and lasting relationships with customers, and staff (Our client operates as one big whanau). And you’ll have the skills and experience to help us achieve our strategic objectives .

To be Successful;

At least 5 years’ experience within a contracting environment.

Experience with administrative tasks such as planning, resource allocation and coordination.

Financial management experience including budgeting, cost-benefit analysis, reconciliation and reporting.

Knowledge of human resources; recruitment, remuneration & benefits, employment relations and personnel information.

Project planning and management experience.

Strong computer literacy and Microsoft Suite proficient.

Proven success with customer and contractor management.

Strong leadership skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

An unwavering commitment towards living safely with a safety record to match.
