The Role:
As the Business Development Executive, embark on a rewarding journey with a primary focus on Local Area and National Accounts. This property caters to a broad client base, with a significant emphasis on nurturing corporate accounts your day to day will include:
Cultivating relationships with existing accounts to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
Prospecting and acquiring new corporate clients to expand the client base.
Enhancing engagement with and commitment to the Quest brand among clients.
Creating and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.
Identifying and engaging with local area accounts to strengthen community ties.
Collaborating with front office and Corporate Office teams (sales, revenue, distribution, marketing, and digital) to optimise sales outcomes.
Managing social media engagement to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Participating in occasional after-hours activities, such as networking events and property showcases, to promote Quest Innaloo and the Quest brand.
The ideal candidate will:
Possess at least 2 years in a sales and account management position in a business-to-business environment.
Demonstrate self-motivation and a sales-oriented mindset, coupled with a dedication to fostering mutually beneficial relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to research, enquire and hunt for new opportunities.
Exhibit a passion for sales, supported by excellent time management, interpersonal, communication, and presentation abilities, along with a personable and professional demeanour.
Possess a proven track record of achieving sales targets in a business-to-business setting, with familiarity with the Innaloo and the City of Stirling being advantageous.
While not essential, qualifications in a business-related field or experience in the hospitality, travel, or tourism sectors would be highly valued, as would prior sales expertise within a hotel environment.
