About the role Responsible for Cybersecurity Relationship Management, engaging with Foodstuffs business functions, the wider Digital Services team, and markets to help identify, assess, and manage cybersecurity risks, be the face of cyber security team responsible for engagement with the wider Enterprise and providing guidance, advice and support on managing cyber risks.
The role will develop and deliver tailored cybersecurity training, awareness and advice to the business and lead or collaborate in the delivery of relevant cybersecurity initiatives identified in the roadmap to deliver on our strategic security objectives including cyber incident response planning and Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery.
In the event of a major cyber incident the role will provide response management and co-ordination from a business perspective and assist with BC & DR planning.
We believe the successful person will:
8-10 years’ experience working in a complex IT environment, including relevant experience in Cyber Security Operations.
Thorough understanding of information security principles and cyber security operations including incident response in a large enterprise environment
In-depth knowledge of cyber threats and the threat landscape with 5+ years’ experience in cyber security preferred in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be jargon free.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001 / 5
Experience creating and delivering security awareness training content and programmes.
Experience carrying out business focused cybersecurity risk assessments and recommending effective measures to reduce risk.
Knowledge of BC and DR planning
Be familiar with IT Risk Management Frameworks such as RiskIT and security risk management frameworks such as NIST
Degree level qualification in an IT or Business discipline
Relevant security certifications such as SANS, ISC2, ISACA, CompTIA or similar
