The Role
This firm is looking for a Business Advisory Manager to join its tight-knit team during an exciting time of growth. The role is focused on advisory work with clients. You will use your insight, experience, and instinct to review complex issues and assist clients in understanding and implementing effective solutions. You will be dynamic and take responsibility and ownership of tasks. In addition to compliance, you can take on exciting projects, develop your client relationships and guide and lead team members.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial statements and income tax returns
Monthly management reporting
System support
Develop client relationships
Provide leadership, guidance & support to team members
Project support
About You
Minimum five years of experience with CA experience
Exceptional communication and technical skills
Commercially minded and willing to look beyond just compliance
Ability to relate to a broad range of clients
Team leadership experience
Able to manage own workflow and that of junior staff members
Experience in applying accounting technology solutions advantageous
