Case Manager, Kerikeri – Permanent, Full time, Permanent (37.55 hours/week), Location Kerikeri, Northland. We help New Zealanders to be safe, strong and independent. What you'll be doing as the face of the organisation, our Case Managers will engage with and work alongside our clients to support them into employment, emergency housing, administer hardship grants and other assistance as required.
Our clients come from a wide range of backgrounds and cultures. On any given day you’ll interview clients, either over the phone or face to face, all with different circumstances and receiving different types of support from us. You’ll work with clients to empower them to achieve their goals and to take steps towards a better future.

You’ll have strong people skills and be able to negotiate outcomes. Empathy, conscientiousness and problem-solving are some of your key strengths. You’ll have the ability to put the client at the centre and understand their unique situation and challenges. You’ll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative and self-management skills.
