How you'll make an impact:
As the Customer Success Manager at Accessit, you play an important role in cultivating strong relationships with customers post-sale. Your aim is to enhance satisfaction, boost retention, encourage advocacy, facilitate referrals, and identify up-sell opportunities. Your role focuses on three main areas: helping customers maximize their use of Accessit and other Follett products, being their champion and escalation point to resolve ongoing issues, and ensuring smooth renewal processes for all assigned accounts.
What you’ll do:
Develop and nurture positive relationships with customers post-sale to enhance satisfaction and retention.
Drive advocacy, referrals, and identify up-sell opportunities through proactive engagement.
Optimize customer utilization of Accessit and wider Follett product/third-party solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for ongoing service and support issues, managing expectations and executing action plans as necessary.
Ensure seamless customer renewals for all assigned accounts.
Collaborate cross-functionally to address customer needs and drive continuous improvement in customer success initiatives.
Provide regular updates and reports on customer engagement, satisfaction levels, and account health.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in customer success management
Act as a customer advocate within the business, representing customer interests and feedback to relevant stakeholders.
Contribute to the development and implementation of customer success strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
