We're after someone who's like a Swiss Army knife and can help level up our team and offerings. You will be reporting to the Managing Director and both developing and growing our new range of offerings, but managing the clinical operations across the board also.
This isn't your run-of-the-mill job. It's a unique opportunity that could open doors to other senior roles within FRH. You'll have your hands in everything from supporting on shaping our strategy and future, all while playing a vital role in keeping our clinical operations humming along smoothly. As the Clinical Head at First Response Health, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our clinical operations, managing a team of psychologists and driving excellence in service delivery. What your day could look like
Creating content: you will create innovative mental health content in a range of areas
Seeing clients: You will see a small number of clients weekly in this role
Drive strategic clarity: Team up with other team members to diagnose, analyse, plan out, and bring major strategic shifts and critical priorities to life. Dig into data, whip up presentations and memos, and marshall key people to help make and action critical decisions.
Keep Things Running Smoothly: Make sure our day-to-day clinical operations are running like a well-oiled machine by setting up and fine-tuning processes. Help our team and clients get on board with changes and upgrades to how we operate, making sure everyone's clear on what's happening and why.
Making Things Better: Hunt down ways to make things easier and faster around here, then roll out plans to make it happen.
Tracking How We're Doing: Set up clinical reports to keep an eye on how we're doing as a company and whether we're hitting our goals. Give the big bosses regular updates on how we're doing, what's going well, and what we could do better.
Other Special Side-Projects: Take the lead or lend a hand on special projects we throw your way, whether it's diving into what the competition is up to or stepping in to run a team or key project for a period of time.
What we're looking for:
Qualified psychologist with 5+ years of experience and a passion for helping others, preferably with managerial experience and a track record of success in clinical leadership roles.
A team player with exceptional relationship-building skills, able to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and influence outcomes without formal authority.
A master of time management, adept at prioritising tasks and orchestrating multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented with a hands-on approach, willing to dive into the trenches to ensure goals are met.
Proven track record in project management and organisational prowess, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Possesses a high degree of dynamic range, seamlessly transitioning between strategic vision and detailed execution as needed.
Demonstrates sound judgement, capable of making quality decisions amidst complex, ambiguous, multi-dimensional challenges.
Highly flexible and responsive to changing priorities, able to pivot seamlessly when circumstances demand.
Sharp critical thinking skills, equipped with keen observational abilities and adept problem-solving prowess.
Exceptional executive communication skills, adept at distilling complex information into clear and concise insights.
