We have a couple exciting opportunities that have become available to join a talented, highly motivated and engaged team as a Business Development Consultant based in either Wellington, Palmerston North, Napier, Tauranga , Hamilton, Northland, Christchurch or our Auckland office.
We have two Fixed Term roles available (6months & 12 months)
The purpose of this role is to support client and intermediated enquiries that align with policy processing transactions. Contribute to solutions that will deliver customer retention and growth strategies whilst supporting our Customer’s needs & providing an exceptional customer experience. Ensure timely and efficient policy and underwriting advice to colleagues to facilitate efficient policy processing and credit control within service expectations. Support policy processing and credit control activities as required.

Skills and Experience
Previous experience of working within the insurance industry is a must, intermediary base and Commercial & or Rural insurance experience
Previous experience with Suncorp NZ systems and processes e.g. Solvit, Committ,
Knowledge on Intermediaries
Coaching and training skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Legislation
