Experience in a professional services firm/corporate environment
Be able to work independently
Tasks & responsibilities
Helping to manage a small, modern private practice law firm - including updating website, planning social events, dealing with office suppliers, helping with billing
Helping with HR - including managing payroll, leave, employment records
Financial management - including budgeting, payment of 20th bills, Xero reconciliations, managing accounts rendered
Helping with legal compliance - including Anti Money Laundering procedures, health & safety, trust account regulations
Trust account administration - including daily reconciliations, receipting funds and paying funds out, completing settlements, managing client funds
Work within a modern office environment, with a great culture and a hardworking, friendly team
Ability to make the role your own, and work alongside directors who are open to change and growth
