Due to recent internal staffchanges, we are looking for several leaders who can ensure our team members andspecialists want to deliver exceptional service to Every Customer, EveryTime. If you have had any of these previous job titles Zone Leader,Department Leader, Team Leader or Team Supervisor we want to hear fromyou!
Reporting to the Retail Manager –Service, delivering the customer service experience across the front of storeoperations including checkouts ( processing all transactions including cash,eftpos, credit cards, gift vouchers and on-account) and customerservices (refunds, exchanges, returns, faulty goods repair, specialorders, click and collect and home delivery) would be the prevue of this role.
Leader – Inwards Goods
Reporting directly to the Retail Manager -Operations, your role as Inwards Goods Team Leader will be to maximize theefficiency of the Inwards Goods operation, by supervising your team members ina way that ensures all stock entering and leaving the Inwards Goods area isprocessed in an accurate and timely manner. You will have a proven knowledgeof inwards and outward goods, dispatch or logistics and have a high level of physicalfitness as some lifting of product is required.
Leader – Retail
If you are passionate about merchandising standardsand have an eye for detail then this role might be for you. Your scope of workwould include maximizing the efficiency of the team so that they are deliveringthe operational standards (general merchandising, promotional execution,overall tidiness, and cleanliness) within the store and adjacencies.
What will you bring
Ideallyyou would have 3+ years’ experience in a retail environment at mid-managementlevel.
Youhave previous team leadership experience regularly leading 15+ members of staff.
Youare someone who leads with a hands-on approach.
Youhave solid operational knowledge of supply chain and suppliers and the supplychain process.
Youwould demonstrate a high level of stock integrity awareness.
Youhave decision making capability in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.
Youhave great Administrative and time management skills as it relates to retailand leadership responsibilities
Youwould be prepared to commit to at least one weekend day and have someflexibility to match our trading hours which could include some early startsand some late finishes. The non-peak season store trading hours are from 7amto 7pm.
