We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly organised and self-motivated person to join our administration team.About the RoleThe role is an integral part of the department providing admin support to twelve anatomical pathologists who report approximately 57,000 specimens from 30,000 patients per year from a wide range of specialities.
Technical support of the department's reporting application, Delphic AP, and ability to troubleshoot IS problems are a key part of this role.
This position supports the operations manager in an acting capacity in their absence to oversee the team of administrators.
About YouTo be successful in the role you will have : Experience in the health sectorExperience with Delphic AP and Delphic ExplorerKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeExperience in Dictaphone typing and medical terminologyExcellent written and verbal communicationHigh level of accuracy in numeracy and literacyAbility to troubleshoot IS issuesAbility to work collaboratively with a broad range of staffExcellent ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlinesThis is a full time role, working 8 : 30am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
