ABOUT THE ROLE
This Branch Manager role will work Tuesday-Saturday in our Glassons Porirua Branch where you will be responsible for the overall running of the store, including:
Recruiting and retaining a high-performing team with a particular focus on team training and development.
Driving sales and promotional activities to exceed sales targets.
Managing day-to-day operational deadlines such as rosters and stock management.
Maintaining store presentation standards through effective visual merchandising.
ABOUT YOU
Ideally, you will have worked in a retail management or supervisory role, along with:
A genuine interest in fashion and a career at Glassons!
Proven experience in a leadership position where you motivated, supported, and engaged a team to uphold a high-performing working environment.
Strong organisational and administration skills to ensure daily operational activities are executed to a high standard while also delivering amazing sales results.
Next level communication skills to connect with our team and customers and achieve sales targets and KPIs through your expert product knowledge and passion for Glassons.
