Explore your journey ahead
Assist in managing financial transactions and purchasing duties for our esteemed hotel
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining cost-effectiveness
Collaborate with various departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide procurement support accordingly
Monitor inventory levels and optimize purchasing processes to minimise waste and maximise efficiency
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms and contracts
Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and contracts
What we need from you
Valid New Zealand working rights is a must
Proven experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in the hospitality industry
Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software is beneficial
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks effectively
