Salary: $120,000 - $135,000 per annum, plus vehicle

Position Overview: Seeking a talented and experienced Project Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing largescale 3 waters projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate project activities, resolve technical issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of 3 Waters engineering projects, including planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress against milestones and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure that project objectives are met in accordance with client requirements.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Prepare and present project status reports, technical documentation, and other project-related materials to stakeholders at all levels.
Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance project efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
Proven experience in project management, preferably within the civil construction industry
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and work effectively under pressure.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, Agile, MS Project) is desirable.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
