Responsibilities Analysing, designing, testing and deploying Affinity enhancements.
Assisting with technical upgrades, development, testing and deployment.
Handling high-level payroll related queries and troubleshooting complex issues.
Deployment and review of payroll policies and controls.
Conducting finance/HR analysis and developing reports to present insights to clients.
Acting as the employer and employee interface for customer support.
Maintaining payroll system configuration to ensure compliance with policy and legislation.
Working closely with the Operations / Delivery team to deploy new services.
What you’ll need to succeed 2+ years of relevant experience in an IT or finance role.
High level of communication skills, both verbal and written.
A deep understanding of various hardware, software, and networking technologies.
An ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems.
Willingness to learn and adapt to changes in regulations, technology, and processes.
Knowledge of Australian and/or New Zealand payroll, tax and employment legislation would be advantageous, but not a requirement.
