About the Role:
In this unique sole charge marketing position, you will work alongside the Managing Director guiding all marketing initiatives from strategic development to execution and final delivery. Key responsibilities include: Alongside the Managing Director, develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness.
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Create engaging content, including copywriting, graphic design, and videography, for social media, website, eDMs and catalogues.
Collaborate daily with sales and design teams on innovative campaigns to increase product awareness among customers.
Implement measures to track impact on demand and sales activity.
Manage relationships with external agencies when required.
About You: 3+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role, supported by a business or marketing-related tertiary qualification.
You will have a broad marketing background across strategy, planning, and execution, and enjoy being hands-on.
Hands-on experience with across multiple platforms including social media, email marketing, and website.
You will be commercially focused with proven results in driving business growth.
Strong skills across copywriting, graphic design, videography, and photography.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and bring others on a journey.
You will be an exceptional communicator, with experience across various marketing-related software tools.
