Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations of the store
Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, fostering a positive work environment
Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
Monitor inventory levels, order new stock as needed, and ensure that products are effectively merchandised to maximize sales
Set sales targets and performance goals, and implement strategies to achieve them
Communicate effectively with both staff and upper management, providing regular updates on store performance and initiatives
Skills and Attributes required:
Proven management experience in retail
Strong, reliable, and hands-on leadership style
Confident and efficient communicator
People management expertise in conducting training sessions and performance plans should be required
An individual who is a shining example of good behaviour and high performance
