Promotions & Integration Manager
Tauranga, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand
As Promotions & Integration Manager, you'll collaborate closely with some of Bay of Plenty's most prominent partnerships and events, ranging from working with premier sports teams like Bay of Plenty Rugby to participating in large-scale events and festivals like Bay Dreams. You'll also champion community engagement at various events throughout the Bay!
The Role
You will be empower to unleash your creativity by working with teams across the business to develop promotional and integration content opportunities for our customers and brands.
Grow promotional revenue for all MediaWorks brands across the Bay of Plenty
Collaborate with sales, promotions and content teams to develop and implement revenue-generating Promotion & Integration content opportunities
Ensure costs for client promotions are within budgets and focus on delivery excellence
Develop and build trusted long term relationships with clients, community groups and civic organisations
Seek and develop appropriate external sponsorship/signage opportunities to build awareness for MediaWorks Radio brands
Coordinate online and Social Media plans for all brands
Participate in station promotional activities, including outside broadcasts, crossovers, hosting events and functions
Supporting our local Breeze Breakfast show to develop creative promotional campaigns, build audience growth and engage them with the community
About You
You are a people person, who loves coming up with great ideas and implementing to a high standard. Having some media experience would be advantageous, but not essential but passion for creating memorable and successful promotions that our customers, clients and community love is!
Energetic, self starter who's collaborative and super organised to collectively achieve success
High attention to detail, accuracy and exemplary administration skills
Excellent time management with the ability to prioritise your workload in a fast paced, deadline pressured environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills who loves to engage with local community
Creative problem-solver and solution focused
