Role Overview:
As a Site Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in the projects division, supporting Project Managers. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with specifications, regulations, and company policies, as well as coordinating site crews, subcontractors, and plant resources through effective planning and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Project Managers to oversee project operations.
Ensure that all work is executed in accordance with relevant specifications, legislation, and company policies.
Efficiently manage site crews, subcontractors, and plant resources through strategic planning and clear communication.
Prioritize Health and Safety as the number one priority, taking a proactive approach to promote a safe working environment.
Mediate and resolve issues promptly and calmly to maintain project momentum and positive relationships.

Desired Qualifications and Skills:
Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, coupled with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated on-site project experience, showcasing your ability to manage projects effectively.

Salary: $100k - $120k
