YOU: Are a safe driver, capable of driving long distances, taking responsibility for your group's safe travel, including checking tires, and fluids.

Are required to have a valid Class 2 license

Are required to have a P endorsement

Comprehensive First Aid Certificate

Are responsible, driven, team player, who loves travel and interacting with people from around the globe.

Are a proven leader who is comfortable managing group dynamics, different personalities, and cultures.

Have the ability to communicate effectively in a wide range of contexts.

Are cool, calm & collected under pressure. Can professionally and proactively solve problems like changing tires, handling injuries, managing a budget, and anything else that is thrown at you.

Are customer service oriented, putting your passengers first, and always with a smile :)

Have awareness of and commitment to Sustainable/Community Tourism: Our CEOs need to be committed to environmentally and culturally responsible tourism, and be an inspiring example to the travelers.

Have an infectious love of New Zealand.
