About the role
Are you a motivated and experienced leader with a passion for logistics? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for managing inventory, working with operational team and satisfying customers? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
As an Inventory Lead, you'll ensure operational teams follow processes to maintain accurate inventory. Collaborating with management, you'll optimize site capacity and product zoning for efficiency. Responsible for inventory accuracy and supporting Shift Supervisors, you'll drive strong performance and seamless operations
Responsibilities
* Ensure accurate inventory control and reconciliation.
* Supervise quality assurance programs and track inventory KPIs.
* Hold teams accountable for process adherence.
* Collaborate with Operations Manager for efficient capacity use.
* Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
* Plan and execute annual stock counts.
* Maintain compliance documentation.
* Support teams and customers with inventory issues.
* Manage damaged product handling.
* Lead by example and uphold safety standards.
* Manage lease pallets portfolio and maintenance activities.
* Provide reports and address non-conformances promptly.
