The Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for ensuring that new & existing clients receive first-rate customer service and solutions; from initial enquiry through to production and / or installation.
This is a varied role in which client requirements are rarely the same. Whilst office-based, there will be plenty of opportunities to get hands-on with sign production and to conduct site visits and assessments.
From time to time, heavy lifting or measuring whilst on a ladder is an absolute requirement of this role.
You will need to actively learn about the many materials we use and the various processes undergone to design and produce signage so that in time, you're calculating quotes quickly and accurately.
As part of a small, dedicated team, getting along with and supporting colleagues is essential - as is a healthy sense of humour and willingness to lend a hand when required.
About You
Whilst relevant experience would be nice, the right approach, attitude, and willingness to learn are more important. Having a genuine interest in materials, design and production would be very helpful in this role.
You'll have a keen eye for detail, and an unwavering desire to deliver for your clients, whether a job is large or small.
Having worked in fast-paced environments, with experience of knowing how and why to prioritise tasks is essential.
You enjoy meeting new people and have a naturally warm and friendly approach in dealing with customers.
You also want to be well paid for your efforts. Having the drive to earn uncapped commission will make you successful in this role.
