Look no further! Based at the Briscoe Group Distribution Centre in Wiri, we're seeking a dynamic WMS Systems Lead to front our Warehouse Management System (WMS) configurations and maintenance.
As the WMS Systems Lead, you'll play a pivotal role in configuring and maintaining our WMS, ensuring it operates at peak performance to support our seamless Supply Chain network. From overseeing system enhancements to troubleshooting, your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence across our network.

The WMS SystemsLead will be responsible for:
Configure and maintain our Warehouse Management System (WMS) as well as user training during the installation
Troubleshoot technical issues and work collaboratively with both internal and external support teams to resolve system-related challenges.
Maintain the WMS system settings and coordinate updates to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Assisting DC management to drive performance improvement in the operation through system driven changes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes by identifying opportunities to enhance WMS functionality and streamline operations.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will need:
A minimum of 3 years working within a Warehouse Management System.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Supply Chain Management would be beneficial.
Proficiency in configuring, customising, and troubleshooting WMS modules and functionalities.
A strong understanding of warehouse operations, distribution processes, and supply chain management, preferably within a retail environment.
Excellent critical thinking skills and attention to detail.
The ability to demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
An appreciation for the importance of Health and Safety in the workplace
