Full-time permanent role starting May or June 2024.
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our client’s team and take on responsibilities in customer service and administrative/operational support. You will be working in a mid-sized team based in Dunedin, operating within a large nationwide organisation and reporting in to both a remote and on-site manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer service – internal/external interactions
Manage spreadsheets - data analysis and reporting tasks
Manage email inbox and phone communications including answering queries
Utilise cloud-based systems for effective data management
Provide general support for the team while meeting output requirements
Skills and attributes:
MS Office skills – particularly Excel
Excellent phone manner and communication skills.
Proven initiative - ability to problem solve, connect ideas and offer valuable suggestions
Confidence and a friendly, easy-going demeanour
High standard of work ethic, commitment and dedication to the organisation
