Key Responsibilities Reporting directly to the Franchisee
Generate new leads and follow up with potential client
Generate sales using the systems and tools provided within the Trident Homes team environment
Meet with clients and guide them through the process of designing their home
Understanding the building industry and the area/environment you are selling in.
Understand Trident Homes's design range, processes & internal systems
Adheres to any and all company policies and procedures
Functional Relationships Good interpersonal skills
Ability to effectively engage with a wide range of people
Build strong working relationships both internally and externally
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Problem-solving skills
Driven, Enthusiastic and keen to succeed
Key Skills Previous Sales experience is preferred
A great attitude and a willingness to learn is key.
Must have good computer skills and the ability to use a basic drafting program
Experience with MS Word/Excel, Email & PC Applications
