As we continue to progress our transformational journey, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT manager to lead a team of internal professionals. Collaborating with Group IT and engaging external suppliers is key to your success.

Your remit will be broad and aligned to group strategy and local deliverables. Your ethos will be customer first, so customers will be at the heart of all you do. You’ll need to be a do’er who gets stuck in and delivers to a high standard.

Reporting to the Chief Customer and Transformation Officer you will:

be a seasoned practitioner with a wide range of skills and capabilities across the world of IT

be laser focused on delivering positive customer outcomes for your internal stakeholders.

possess the ability to think about technology needs now, in the future and be tuned in to industry trends that enable our success.

have a proven track record of coaching and developing your direct reports, with a customer lens across all that is delivered.

manage tenders and contracts with exemplar negotiation skills.

tightly manage assets and budgets

develop and implement robust cybersecurity measures to protect our data and systems.

build sound working relationships with Group and be aligned to group strategy and deliverables, within an NZ context.

a hunger for researching, evaluating and implementing technology solutions to drive efficiency and innovation.
