Job Description: As a Graduate Civil Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in project teams, supporting the design, construction, and management of various civil engineering projects. You will work closely with experienced engineers and project managers to gain hands-on experience in site operations, quality assurance, and client communication. Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
Conduct site inspections, surveys, and assessments to ensure compliance with design specifications and industry standards.
Collaborate with project teams to develop engineering solutions and resolve technical issues.
Prepare and review technical drawings, reports, and documentation.
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocations to meet project objectives.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities to maintain effective communication and project coordination.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Full driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
