Our devices are deployed on over 9,000 sites and we have officially been recognised as the fastest-growing agri-business in New Zealand for the last three years. We've made farm data more accessible and usable for over 15,000 farmers in New Zealand and are now expanding into Europe. We're looking for a Marketing Manager to support our growth across the direct to farm channel and our enterprise channel, throughout ANZ, UK & Ireland.

The Marketing Manager plays a critical role in creating and leading the strategy & planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns. Working closely with the CGO and the rest of the growth team, this role helps to ensure the successful delivery of the marketing planning and executing on campaigns that drive audience engagement and conversions. This role includes responsibilities related to campaign creation & delivery, content planning & development, website management, stakeholder communication, CRM, and budget management.
The key responsibilities are:
Lead the marketing strategy for Levno in conjunction with the CGO, creating clear goals and objectives, targeting our key target audiences and aligning on a distinctive positioning for the brand.
Review our brand assets and enhance how we take our brand identity to market that resonates highly with our agri target audience.
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive campaign strategies and plans in alignment with company goals.
Manage the creation of marketing assets and messaging in relation to product /feature launches and customer communications, collaborating with the wider Levno team.
Contribute to the development of compelling campaign content, including videos, graphics, and written materials.
Track and analyse effectiveness of content plans & activities with a focus on driving pipeline sales opportunities and make changes accordingly
Oversee digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, CRM, social media, and display advertising.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing feedback to the team regarding market demands and customer preferences.
Requirements:
Proven experience in B2B marketing in a global Saas business, ideally across Enterprise and SMB businesses
Strong understanding or interest in the agri industry and Levno's products
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights
Creative problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
Good technical understanding of CRM and marketing automation systems.
