We are now seeking an ambitious Management Accountant looking for an opportunity to help drive business decisions and support growth by providing expert analysis and insights.
The Role:
As an experienced Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Head of Finance, becoming a vital part of the established team dedicated to driving the financial success of the company.
This role primarily involves business partnering and financial modelling, providing invaluable insights to support strategic decision-making by the senior leadership team. You will have the chance to engage in various projects and actively contribute to process improvements.
You will be responsible for:
Cost accounting and cost driver analysis including development and management of financial models.
Prepare and drive budgeting and forecasting.
Pricing reviews, providing calculations and analysis to assist operations.
Prepare and analyze financial and non-financial data, making recommendations to drive actions and performance.
Facilitate continuous improvement of systems and processes for capturing data and for producing and communicating management information.
Ensure the design of management reporting and analytics adequately supports management decision-making.
The ability to take ownership of issues and projects and drive them through to a successful conclusion.
Provide Ad-hoc analysis to operations as required.
Required Experience:
Strong knowledge of financial fundamentals, preferably CA/CPA qualified.
Proven technical ability including advanced Excel skills.
Previous experience in inventory, or manufacturing is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset and ability to make commercial judgments.
Experience in partnering and collaborating with various stakeholders across different business divisions.
ERP system experience is highly desirable.
