Are you a fan of technology? Are you an experienced salesperson with successful track records? We are looking for a Sales Whizz to join our friendly team and repeat your success at our St Luke's retail store! Main tasks and responsibilities :
Greet all customers and assist them in finding the product they are looking for
Provide customers with all relevant product information to assist them with decision making
Ensure customers are provided with excellent service at all times
Identify and manage all customer requirements regarding orders and deliveries, quotes, and product specifications as appropriate
Maintain a high level of product knowledge through ongoing training and self-learning.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying new opportunities and following up on potential leads
Contacts top customers and makes sales pitches when appropriate
Requirements
Outstanding customer service and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge about IT products and industry trend preferred
At least 2 years proven sales experience in New Zealand or Australia preferred
