We have an outstanding opportunity for a superior, people and customer centric Leader with a flair for sales to head this steering and suspension specialist branch of the Autolign business.

What will you be doing with us?

You'll be responsible for achieving the safe, profitable delivery of your business plan, responsible for achieving both Sales and Margin targets, by leading a team of special people, who solve automotive problems to provide Customers with base and tailored solutions, you will be recognised as the true specialist in this segment of the aftermarket industry.

You will achieve this through defining and role modelling the levels of service your team will need to deliver, be great at relationship management, and bring a level of authenticity that means people will love being led and guided by you.

The role will also see you manage a varied portfolio of well-established Customers, alongside the active attraction of new business. Your passion for going above and beyond will shine through, never more so than when you are showcasing our products to capture new sales.

Reporting to our Sales Manager, you will work cooperatively with the wider Bapcor sales and operations teams at BNT Automotive, HCB Technologies and Precision Equipment in a One Bapcor approach to serving the customer bases across these regions.

You'll have a proven track record of profitable trade based, B2B sales and operations delivery, in a range of market conditions.

Your relationship management skills will be outstanding.

The ability to attract, develop and maintain a small team of passionate automotive people who love problem solving and providing solutions.

Excellent questioning and listening skills which includes the ability to comprehend moderately technical product applications.

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills that will resonate with a wide range of infield and internal audiences.

A professional manner and strong work ethic that aligns to the Bapcor Values.

Well-developed computer and application skills.

A full, clean driver’s license.
